Grilled Chicken Breast With Fresh Basil

4 Chicken breast halves (skinless, boneless)
Stir together Basting Mixture:
1/2 cup melted Butter (salted)
1/4 cup fresh Basil finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper
Blend together and refrigerate Basil Butter:
1/2 cup soft Butter (salted)
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground Black Pepper
1 Garlic clove pressed
1/8 cup fresh Basil finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh finely grated Parmesan Cheese

Wipe or spray vegetable oil onto grill Brush Chicken with Basting Mixture Grill Chicken over med. coals or lava rocks about 10 minutes per side, bast while grilling with the

Basting Mixture.
Serve Chicken with Basil Butter or as spread for hot Sour Dough Bread
