Page Grilled Mahi Mahi
4 Mahi Mahi fillets
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Lemon Mayonnaise
Brush fillets with oil and lightly pepper. Place fillets in
oiled grill basket.
Grill, covered with grill lid,over medium heat 4 minutes per side or
until fish flakes with a fork.
Serve with Lemon Mayonnaise.

Lemon Mayonnaise
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Stir together all ingredients, chill for 1 hour.
