GRILLED POTATOES COOK FASTER INSIDE AND OUT
If you like potatoes baked, wait till you taste them grilled.
Press washed potatoes on the the upright prongs. Brush with olive oil, butter, or, even bacon fat.
Season potato generously with salt and pepper and place loaded potato rack on the grill.
Metal conducts heat inside spuds for faster cooking.
Serve potato with butter, sour cream, or barbecue sauce, and for extra flavor, toss a handful of wood chips on the fire.
