Large Wood Chip Smoker Box
* Non-stick finish, heavy gauge steel
* Hinged, perforated lid
* Use with charcoal, gas, or electric grills
* Use with wood chips to add smoky flavor to grilled food
Directions: Place two or three handfuls of wood chips in a bowl and cover with water, wine, beer, fruit juice or other flavored liquid.
Soak the wood chips in liquid for at least thirty minutes. Drain, and place wet chips in the smoker box.
If using charcoal, place the smoker box directly on the hot coals. Cook food as usual.
If using a gas or electric grill, place the smoker box below the grill grate, directly on the heat source. Cook food as usual.
As the wet chips heat, they will begin to smoke, giving your grilled food a rich aromatic and smoky flavor.
