Turkey Cordon Blue - Tip

Time to think outside of the box....

Recently we prepared a new item which we've never done before. It was fun and easy. We suggest you look for those special occasions where you can "ignore your mama and simply play with your food"! We made Turkey Breast Cordon Blue just for the fun of it. We took a nice turkey breast, filleted it and cut it in half lengthwise. Then we layered it with black forest ham, Monterey Jack cheese, poblano peppers and bree cheese. Rolled it up, tressed it and placed it on the grill over indirect heat. Really great! We encourage you to look for ideas where you can do something really different and out of the ordinary.
