Mesquite Smokin' Sticks are a great way to produce accurate southwestern flavor while grilling meats and veggies. It is most often used with beef, chicken, and fish but is also great with steaks and chops. We recommend mostly grilling (as opposed to long term barbecuing) with mesquite because a little goes a long way.
Pecan Smokin' Sticks are a great way to produce a mellow version of hickory. Pecan delivers a distinctive buttery flavor and can best be used with beef, game birds, and chicken. It's also great with prime rib. We recommend grilling and long term barbecuing with pecan because it is just so great.
